HDTV Universal Tuner with SDI Port
The ATSC+SDI is an HDTV tuner that incorporates a built in HD-SDI output so that no adapters are required. The unit is controllable via IR commands, RS-232, and an onboard web page allows remote web control. Setup and maintenance is easy with the large front panel display and the USB port in the front for firmware updates.
The tuner can receive both analog and digital channels in ATSC, NTSC, and clear QAM formats, and the feed can include closed-captioning as well. The tuner displays broadcasts through simultaneous HD-SDI, Component, and Composite video outputs, as well as digital optical/coax ports, and variable-level stereo audio outputs.
The ATSC Tuner with SDI Port has Several Advantages
With an integrated SDI port you can set to the audio to AES stereo or AC3 regardless of channel audio, and an internal scaler locks SDI output to a fixed standard such as 1080i, 720p, or 480i. The 708 captioning data is included in the stream.
